I swear reading threads like "im pissing blood" and "i might lose my leg or die"!!! And of course throughout the years i have had my own run ins with bad injections etc. But man some of the shit you read on here does not paint a good picture. It almost has me thinking to quit this shit. But i will know when i am unable to do it anymore. I think it's always good to keep in perspective what it is we do and how serious it is. Props to anabolex and all of you.

I have been reading so much negative shit myself...spoke to someone I have not spoken to in years, probably 30lbs lighter ago who is a well know competitor and told him my next cycle plan, he really spooked me out and almost talked me out of it. He does small cycles but looks great. I dont know if I have pushed my luck too long...I have been debating this for a month or so...I am thinking one more heavy cycle, do my show in June, then maybe hrt for a while.

i think that is why it's important to always use the lowest effective dose.

my first cycle was test at 300. and i did fine. I am at 750 now but really i could probably do fine at 500, my last cycle was a gram a week (with deca and dbol), and i know i did some damage to my body but i took 6 months off before this one, and 750 is just wonderfull!!!!!!

I would say that might be a wise decision, you want to be in this for the long run...best to play it safe, your health is not worth those few extra pounds.

the hardest thing about slowing down is i keep breaking through new barriers with improvement every yr ....even with perfect diet ,training and rest there is no way i could achive what im doing without taking what im taking ....as long as i keep improving its hard to stop

i think the biggest thing is find what works best for you, between cycles, diet, and training, hell i am still trying to find it

i'm out for a while, but then again i do find myself concockting new and intersting cycles daily, with new rationalizations in order to do them too. the pull to stay on is very strong. but i need a rest and need to get my health back to optimum. after that we will see. but shit, i did LOVE running a gram of TEST E. for the last 8 weeks.:Banane45:

Due to the current Customs-Crack-down in Australia

I have been forced to stay off for some time now, (except TRT)

I have actually made some small gains by refinning and refinning

Damn man, how many test cycles have you done? Did you ramp up to those types of doses or did you do 1 or 2 cycle at 500-750mg's and then said fuck it and went to 2G's?!?

I have always been a less is more type of guy, so the most I've done is Test E @ 500mg's/wk. Even at that dose, I feel like a heat pump and a freak....I can't imagine 2 or 3 G's a week!!!

Man, I have done around a gram per week and noticed it was really no better than smaller cycles as long as I eat and train right. I like the "the less the better philosophy," but so many people say that if you want to be a serious competitor, you HAVE to use AT LEAST a total of 1 gram per week. What are your opinions on this thinking?

well, at that dose you can eat an obscene amount of foods and not get fat....you get leaner....

I agree mate!!

Your damn lucky if you've got that kind of access in this country to do those sorts of cycles year in year out.

All this talk about problems associated with cycling, the shots, legal (outside the U.S.) ect. I've had a pretty good run I guess. I didn't start juicing till I was 29 (I'm now 36) and had a real good base, but since then I've cycled on and off, stayed on for up to 8 months, had a whole year off(oversea's), used some harsh stuff (para, 8 weeks of IP's winny, mutiple orals and so on) and I've never had a health problem. I just had my 4th Halo/scuba physical and everything including the EKG comes back great. I am by no means the smartest guy in the world but it makes me wonder what in the HELL some of these people are doing to F@CK themselves up and what does "burned out" or need a break mean?
It would seem like applying a little common sense and preventive supplementing would solve or prevent a lot of problems. I guess I'm just trying to shine a little realistic optimism in to the fray.
