Wrong type of steriod. Methylprednisolone is a corticosteroid, it relieves inflammation.

its great for copd pt , post brain surgery, or any other condition were a strong anti-inflammory is needed, as for body buliding purposes it is the wrong kind of steroid, it will pack on fat and water like no other though!!

Especially at high dose,it will make you look like pillbury's dough boy.
