everything ive read says taht people naturally have this start happening around 30 yrs old... which happens to be the same age your GH levels fall in the bucket for most.
excluding personal experience in regards to it helping my back, and the pain ive had since stopping (though muscle loss and other factors also def. contribute)
does anyone else think these 2 things could be highly related?
