There's no need to do anything after a GH shot, & having tried a million different timing schedules & protocols, I've found that as long as you split your dosage evenly throughout the day, you're fine. I like to take GH & IGF 3-4 x per day. I don't subscribe to the 'everything post workout' theory. I just get more sides & no better gains.
