Does GH help with the healing process. If so, what does it help heal? Muscle soreness, tears,ect.....

I hurt my shoulder on my lest rep of bench press. Should I continue to work out ALL body parts during this healing phase? Obviously avoid benching for a few weeks?
I've been on GH for 2 months.
Thanks

dont do anything that aggravates it or causes pain would be my suggestion... you might want to just give your upper body or everything a week or two rest especially if you have been really training hard... cant hurt

I re-aggravated my left bicep/forearm tendon. It had pretty much healed up and standing curls was no problem but I was an idiot last Sat and decided to go back to preacher curls. Now its back with a vengence and tonight evens rows hurt a little bit.
Personally, I have my doubts that GH will help heal it but I could be wrong. This will be a good test.

I may need to take 2-3 weeks off with my re-aggravated left tendon. I hate taking that much time off. At 45 y/o, thats alot of time off and its not fun getting back into it

If I decided to take some time off or lift light for a while, I would continue the gh right?

yes definitely keep taking it, though you could maybe drop down to 2-3 iu a day if it was for longer than you planned
