a quote from another forum ........ comments on it?

I've been told by two doctors in the know, plus one research chemist who all state that long-r3 is all but impossible to reconstitute unless you have a lab and know what your doing. Plus, unless you get human grade, it won't do you any good. That the real stuff, although it doesn't take much, will cost you an arm and a leg. I don't think it's worth the time or money when you're probably not getting human grade. Better do more research. People who are getting gains might be getting them from other aas they're using, or just the simple fact that they're training harder and/or eating better......

what is the key to proper reconsitution?(yes i've read the "reconsitution for dummies")

I will be reconstituting mine in about a week and taking it during PCT. So if I GAIN muscle during PCT we'll know it's not the placebo effect Mr. bonebreaker is hinting on in your quote.

PM me in about a month and I'll know for sure, 100%.
