I'm running 5iu a day, 75mcg of t-3, and Meridia. I'm also on a low carb diet. Doing about an hour a day of cardio. As you can see I'm loosing some lbs, that part is going well. The problem is I'm tired as shit all day, and feel light headed a lot of the time. I'm taking in plenty of food, just real low on the carbs. GH is split morning, and post workout.

Mormussle ,

You can reduce your T3 dose to 50 mcg.

Welcome to the wonderful world of dieting...if you ARENT feeling like shit you're probably doing something wrong! LOL. Seriously though the T3 could be the culprit.

Dietwise, Are you carbing up every 3-4 days to replenish glycogen stores, if not that could be the problem. Or maybe you need to have a big cheat meal to bring you back to life.

Also, low-carb dieting is different for everyone. For me 100g carbs is the lowest I go before becoming usless, my training partner on the on the other hand can diet on ZERO carbs for extended periods of time, 2hrs cardio...no prob. Gotta find what works best for you.

Only an opinion but that is way too much T3. Pending source 75mcg T3 often comes in a capsule while lower doses are in tablet form. I've used it for 4 years now. Did try 75mcg for about a month and I felt like I was "being burned up" really tired. So I returned to using 25mcg tabs and I break them in half, so that is 12.5mcg a day. Felt much better. Just enough to balance against 2-3 iu rhgh

I cut back on rhgh when the veins on my arms started jumping out. They were tight, just the exposure concerned me.
