i am considering running hgh 4 iu every day for the next year. I am hoping that someone can give me good advice as to whether this makes sense. I also would like to know if I should run anything with it. my goals/stats are below:
stats:
*age - 36
*no steroids for several years
*lift twice per week (light weights)
*run about 20 miles per week
*decent shape but nothing to brag about
*joint pain (knees and ankles)
goals:
*fat loss (about 10 lbs)
*joint repair
*little or no side effects
*increased strength and speed
I had good results from 2 cycles I did in the past (winny, deca, light test) but I want something milder and something I can do year round. any advice is appreciated. thanks!

I like it but I'd start with 2iu and ramp up to 4iu to avoid the sides. As far as fat loss goes 4iu will definitely be enough plus it will help improve muscle tone. I've been on 1 1/2 to 2iu for about 6 months and I noticed a big improvement total body composition. I’ve only loss about 15 pounds but I look much better. For the join pain I've seen mixed reviews but from my personal experience it helped a lot. I had two nagging injuries that healed after starting the GH. The first to go was the pain in my left knee. It didn't bother me all the time just when I stood up after sitting for awhile. I think I injured it while training for a 10 miler. Now the pain is completely gone. The other injury was to the knuckle on my index finger. I injured it while working on the house and the damn thing just wouldn't heal. I had persistent pain and swelling in the join for over a year. After 2 months on the GH, gone, nada, zip, nothing. Both injuries are completely healed. I also noticed a big improvement in my complexion and my hair. And keep in mind that's using half the dosage you'll be taking. So good luck with it and don't forget to post your results. BTW, I'm 50 yo.

thanks for the input! i plan to start in the next few weeks so i'll post my results. do you guys think its ok to use gh for a full year wiothout t4 or anything else?
You can take your morning body temp and if it starts to go lower than 98.6F for more than 3 days in a row then add in a little T3, not T4. It's only needed in a very small amount of GH users this side effect got blown way out of proportion. I also think your wasting your efforts to a large degree by not supplementing a small amount of Testosterone in there with it they work wonderfully together!!

I ran 4iu a day for 7 months. Now I'm on the 10iu. (blast off) 3x's wk PWO protocol. I freakin love it! When thisi cycle is over I will go back to the 4 iu. ed
For what you are doing though I think you'll be fine. I have a lot of little aches and pains that are compleltly gone now since I've been on gh. Keep in mind it is a slow process with gh and the fat burnng doesn't really kick in until abut 2-3 months. I also agree that a samll dose of test would help. 250 mg of test with 4 iu of gh would be real nice for what you want in my humble opinion.
good luck.

Fist time HGH user here. Noticed some tingling in the hands and feet. is this normal? Any other sides I should be aware of?

Edema is also a common side.

would you run a blend, like sustanon? and for how long? when i did my last steroid cycle (3 years ago), i ran deca, winny, and sustanon. i had good results but i didn't like how the test made me feel. plus, there was a little "crash" after i came off everything. i just don't think my body's up to another cycle of test. i never had any long-term effects from anything but i have a feeling that test will do the most long-term damage. is this true? if i wanted to do a steroid cycle then i'd probably just do primobolan, deca, and winstrol (as i had good results from this cycle about 5 years ago, and it had no test). my goals are more long-term now. i am much older (36 is too old for someone with my physiology to be doing anything harsh). unless i'm mistaken..?
