If I were to use AP's 15iu hGH 2x/weekly protocol, how much T-4 should I use to get a good effect without going overboard on my thyroid? Should I take T-4 daily, or just on hGH days?

This AP's HGH protocol is not focused on fatloss, it aims on muscle gains.

The use of T4 during HGH protocol is due to lower level of endogenous T4 from daily usage of HGH so in this case there is no use for it.
