Started 100mcg igf 7 days ago....have been on it for a week. Due to work and other situations, I was only able to get in one workout throught the entire 7 days (ive been on for these 7 days also). Me missing a workout only happens rarely.
Should I extend my igf cycle for another week due to missing 5 or 6 workouts or are my receptors full to where anything beyond 3 more weeks would be a waste?
