I got my hands on some Serostim. It comes in powder form, 18iu per vial, and includes sterile (not bacteriostatic) water.

The leaflet says to mix, inject, and discard the unused portion. Yeah right.

Each vial will have to last me four days. If I make it with the manufacturer's included sterile water, will it last that long, if I keep it in the fridge? Should I make it with 0.9% BA water instead?

You will be fine with Bac. Static water for a couple weeks. If I were you I would just be sure you got the real thing, I would never buy Sero's right now unless they come from someone with an AIDS perscription.
