as many of you know, i was a regular on here before the board crashed. well, i had to have surgery and have been away for a bit, but now i'm back :) before i left, there was a debate started on what to reconstitute igf with. well, lets get this going again as i'm interested in seeing what people are doing. backing up answers with research is great if you can.

I reconstitute it with acetic acid and then, just prior to injection, I dilute it with NaCl or Bac Water in the syringe. The only reason I dilute it with NaCl or Bac Water in the syringe is to eliminate pain and swelling.

"bacteriostatic water" can mean a lot of things, including stuff like 1% NaCl solutions... but yes, i wasn't even aware there was a debate, NaCl works for me, is there supposed to be a better way?
