Hey guys I have been surfing the boards for awhile now as a guest. GH is very interesting to me. What would be a good cycle, dosages, and any other type of info that someone new to GH would need to know.

These are natural totals.

Bench Press 425

Total 1525

I body weight 210. 5'10"

Now I really like the idea of GH because it would help with my tendions. I also like the fact that it adds adddition muscle fibers. Now I am not into steriods at all.

off the subject, why did u "total" the weights lifted, just curious

JUst to let you know how weak I am!!! LOL

Second I want to crush my PR's on each lift and crush totals. I was just giving stats on everything to help get a better explaination and show you guys where I am in my PL

I haven't use GH either, but after researching and talking to the knowledgable bro's on the board - I am planning the following:

Duration: 6 months
Amount: 2iu's in morning and 2 iu's post workout
Schedule: Monday through Friday with Sat/Sun off

Stacking is a whole other topic. Hope that's helpful. Good luck with your gains.
