i am currently doing a cutting cycle. test 500mgs/ week, deca 300mgs/ week, winny 50 mcgs/ day, and clen 25 mcgs/ day. any ideas on how to cut a little more fat of the abs area? but my main question is i am having major shoulder joint pain. i know its gonna happen but any ideas on making it a little easier for me?
If you are already on deca, my recommendation is to make sure you are getting enough EFA's, and supplement glucosamine/chroitin/msm.

Ditto.
You may have an injury. Try laying off Delt work for a week or so and see if you feel better. If so, then you might just want to start rehabing that shoulder. Also if you are wanting to add another compound I would probably only consider Var. The Var will also help you recover your shoulder if injured.

Stop using the winny.....that shit will detroy your joints fast. It doesn't have that effect on some people, but if you are currently on winny and are experiencing joint pain, I can bet you its that.

Lay off the heavy bench for now. Shit, if it hurt that much change it up as others have suggested. Might want to go to a volume training schedule for a while. If your seriously injured, rest is the only answer. Your just going to make it worse if you grind through the pain. Remember, there is good and bad pain. Recognize the difference and you will save yourself a lot of trouble later. Good luck.

The winny is the problem most likely. replace with var or run some gh
I know this is going to sound stupid but, try Acai juice.....I know.....sounds dumb but,,, after two knee surgeries, two broken wrists, separated shoulder, and being 40... the artheritus is setting in...I swear by it, joints feel better, it takes a couple of months to kick in. 2 oz in the a.m. 2 oz p.m. lookit up check it out !!
