hey bros, been using for a while and have done multiple cycles, def not a rookie to the game. i shoot prop and tren eod rotating delts and qlutes and last wk i did a delt shot and didnt run it in cause i read a thread that said not to rub in oil based and that it may help the pain but it left a quarter sized lump. The lump never got me sick, no redness or anything indicating a infectin but i shot back into that same delt and there still was alittle lump and after i was done i squeezed it and alot of puss came out of the shot hole, has that happened to anyone before??? did i get infected???

Mate, are you leaving 7 days between each site being shot again. if not...that's why. You have a build up of oil in there and created a sterile abscess. hence the puss.

isn't a wk long enough in between injections? I'll probably start hitting quads and triceps maybe, anything I can do that doesn't require going to a dr?

Yeah it is...thats what I was asking: if you had been leaving a week in between shots?

Some guys hit the same site days later and wonder why it builds up...I was just asking how you were doing it.

If it is small....swab the site and use a new needle and draw it out. Maybe a 23 or 21g needle. You may have a fair bit in there.

Don't use that site for at least a month. just my opinion. Also keep the shots to 2ml max in that delt

ok, I have never dont more that. 2mls in delts. I'll try quads from now on. I have always been little nervous to hit them but I'll give them a shot

I'm reading little more about my problem and im lead to believe its a sterile abcess from not rubbing in the last injection in my delt cause if what I read that rubbing it in can cause more pan which I'll never do again! The built up of oil cause a quarter size knot which I have never had before. I'll leave my delt alone for awhile and use my quad. Would I actually need to go to a doc? I dont feel sick, they say something bout swollen glands? Would that be in throat?
