Hi!

Iīm a 26 year old man from Norway. I have had pain in my shoulders for 11 years now, probably due to heavy benchpress-lifting when I was 15-16 years old. What started as pain in my shoulders have know spread to the neck, back, arms and so forth. I have just lost my fiancee and my work as a computer engineer because of it all. Doctors canīt do anything, and know nothing about steroids/hormones. MRIs and such are all fine, as are all blood tests. I canīt train at ALL, my body responds with pain.

I was now thinking of MGF or IGF to fix my tendons/ligaments/muscles once and for all.

Have any of you guys experience with these drugs when it comes to curing problems such as mine? My problems werenīt this big to begin with, but has probably spread over the years because of referred pain. I have ordered some collagen protein powder to use together with whatever "medicine" Iīm choosing.

I would be grateful for all feedback!

- Dag

PS! Anyone have experience with Prolotherapy?

Have you seen a chiropractor?

Have you seen a chiropractor?

Yes. All kind of therapists. The doctors have given me up... Thatīs why I have to take action myself.

I have tried steroids before (sustanon, dianabol and deca), and I did get better while using them, but afterwards my problems were just as big again. Thatīs why Iīm considering Growth Hormones this time around. I just want some input from people who know more about this than myself.

Oh, and no training is planned. Just 100% restitution while letting the hormones do the job.

Having been there myself I would suggest a technique called prolotherapy. You can read some previous posts on it. Basically most joint pain comes from loose ligaments that stretch the corresponding nerve w/ it causing pain. Prolotherapy consists of injecting an irritant into the stretched ligament, forcing the body to lay down collagen that will shrink as it matures, thereby tightening the joint and relieving the pain, usually permanently. Using hgh w/ the treatment speeds up the recovery. I know there are some practioners in Europe since there was a list the back of one of my books on the subject. Do a search for prolotherapy and you can also go to getprolo.com for more information. PM me if you have any questions.

i second the prolo suggestion.
a good friend of mine got dramatic (and permanent) relief from chronic back pain with this therapy.

Although being mocked my most physicians over the past few decades Prolotherapy is gaining quite a bit of momentum these days. Many Doctors and Scientists are using this now as an alternative treatment. Sounds to me like you are at the end of your rope anyway. I would give it a try.

Thanks to Cobraman for his PMs and good help. Have now found a physician in Norway that will help me with proloterapy. Will try this before considering hormones again!

Will let you know how it works out!

mayb you should find a doc that specializes in fibromyalgia and reflex sympathetic disorder, some sort of pain disorder, if there is absolutely nothing wrong with your your spine or discs in your neck and back, no herniations or nerve impingment etc.....

cuz obviously if your in that much pain and there is no physical cause of it, then tere is something wrong in your brain like RSD or fibro
