Newbie needs Help please

So, I am 99% sure I got really screwed a co-worker said he would hook me up and get me a 10 week supply of HGH for $800 and he got me to 100 iu or 10 10iu bottles and one of the 30ml bottles for mixing. He is telling me to take one injection a week for 10 weeks and to eat a 3000-4000 calorie diet. I am 25 235LBS and 20% body fat. How much should I really be taking and eating.

Depending on age 3-6iu's a day.Nice friend you have.Better spend more time on diet & cardio,as at your age you should be full of natural GH.Losing weight is commitment,not just the aas side of it

You really should have studied up of growth first. 10 weeks is not going to show you anything at 1.5 iu a day. Don't mean to be rude here but you co-worker is no friend of yours.

Wow I am new to peptides but I can answer that for you. You got FD. 1 shot a week is not nearly enough and ten weeks is too short. From My research for $800 you should be able to get at least 2x that and even then that would be considered expensive.

It does say in bold letters on it 100IU on it but common sense would tell that is the entire content of the box. The reason I didnt check here first is because I went on here after I got after I felt screwed.

when you heard that each bottle had 100iu you had to realize immediately that all that was total bullshit. nobody makes 100ius per bottle. don;t buy something again about which you have no prior knowledge.
