If i'm gonna run 3 iu's a day 5 on 2 off, Should I split it into two shots or take it all at once. Gonna run test e with it and either anavar or eq. I have the eq on hand but not sure if the var would be better for this cycle.

35 yo, 5' 9", 185, bf? but not too bad. Looking for more of a beach body as well as anti aging as opposed to body building.

Well if fat loss is your main concern then doing your shot in the am. might prove marginally better. Personaly I do mine at night about 1 hour or so before bed. This help me sleep and takes effect right when my natural gh pulses during REM sleep. For a younger person you wouldn't nessearrily want to interfer with this process, but at 30-35 and over your not producing much and IMO night time shots fool your body into thinking nothings changed.

That;s a pretty light cycle but it's okay. Though you shouldn't consider running gh as part of your cycle. 6 months minimum to see results at 3iu ED ... notice I said ED.
