Wanted to put this in a seperat thread. I am using yellow top hgh and am doing 10iu's 3x per week PWO. I am mixing the 10IU's with 120 Iu's of BW. I shoot bilaterally 3x per week. Sometimes i am sore at injection site the next day. It is NOT red, swollen, bruised just sore. Is this normal or OK??? Just wanted to see if anyone else has had these experiences??? Is the porduct legit???

you are doing IM injections for growth.. why? subq is just fine....

I am following the AP AKA Gavin's protocol. I am under 6% BF year round and was told by Gavin and a few HRT doc to do IM for more muscle growth. Also doing IGF and slin with hgh.

well i have never read that protocol.. you are just the first person i have heard that IMs their growth thats all.. is the idea that you are too lean for subq? that really shouldnt matter and its easier on your body then stabbing a muscle every day or however often you do it

alot of BB i know do IM shots. Anyone else here do them. Quicker uptake of GH especially if doing the igf and slin with it. You need IM for synergistic effect from what Gavin explained.

Back in 2003 I USED to shoot IM. Leg muscle groups but I was training for bicycle endurance. Then I learned why NOT to shoot IM when I got a bad batch of HGH. No red spots or hot spots at first but about 6 hours later both legs swoll up turned hard as a rock and my knees locked up. It was a dirty batch of HGH. I did not take any HGH for a month after that. Had I shot it into belly fat I doubt the reaction would have been so bad. From that day forward I have only shot under the skin and no IM.

IM is correct for PWO 3X a week

the other option would be Sub-Q 3-4hrs PRE WO

I just shot today for first time hgh im and its a little sore already 12hrs later. hopefully it'll pass. I was going to ask that question.
