Single ply squat suit question..

I have never been in a single ply or poly squat suit. i tried on a Titan IPF legal something or other... and seperately some single boss briefs. Where are these supposed to pinch at? the suit was digging in hard to my outer upper thigh. The legs were quite high, granted it was a suit a 165 lifter uses and im 220! haha but i got in the damn thing! Its a size 40. i am thinking about doing USPF nats if i can find some gear that will fit or close to fitting.

The briefs pinched the hell out of my stomach on the illiac crest. there is a seem right there and it pinched like hell even with no belt! extremely uncomfortable. The guy whose suit it was said it pinched him to and he is considerably smaller.

So are these the right tension points?

OK, talked to Ken Anderson... apparently its supposed to be tight in the hips, the sides of the legs. suit is prolly just 'a little' too small! haha the new suits have different designs for wide and conv stances tho. pretty cool.

the titan suits gives real good rebound out the hole...unlike the leviathon that stops you dead, the polys stretch and stretch then pop you back up..you said single boss briefs, but I don't think they make Boss anything in a single, all boss stuff is double ply...the regular briefs pinch the top of my thighs pretty good..make sure you don't get the boxer briefs I don't think there legal in the uspf (don't quote me on that)...I'm guessing that you can get a 200lb carry over, so 900 should be about right...not to bad for a single ply squat..for a little guy anyway...HEHE...later, Strongman

It says boss, and he told me it was single, and feels like single. I think i could definately squat over 9 in single gear. That would be some shit to break my all time record with a walkout single-ply squat... then smash it the next week at the APF Georgia State!

It says Boss on the Briefs, and feels like single plus he told me they were. i dont know? I didnt feel much stretch in them... they feel like canvass! Ill have to check the USPF rules and see whats allowed.

Im about done bein a little guy. im getting hurt to often tryin to stay light. my body needs to be heavier, im a cormfortable 230-235. I got a few things to do down here then im moving up to 220s and the WPO.

cool...220 and 42's look out...just double check about the boss stuff the plys are laminated together...and I could be wrong about the briefs...I know for sure that both my boss suits and boss shirts are two ply...
