i have been reading all i can on igf on this board.the more i read the more confused i get.what i mean is people saying u can take igf alone,then someone says no use insulin with it,and then i read that gk says he only needs igf/test.my question is will the igf/test cycle help me grow while changing my body comp.im 5ft8in 277lbs 26 yrs bodyfat?.(my abs are slightly visible)

Yes of cause test/igf-1 will make you grow while changing your body composition,like every compounds people like to throw a little more into the mix for synergy effect that is why you see people run it with some gh or add some slin to the synergy.
