JV-
For future reference, tell your buddy to run the shot under warm water prior to inject and post injec.,massage the area immediately after followed some light pump in the area to get the blood flowing.
Chris-IMO,stick to glute shots and just alternate cheeks. The reason that glutes is the main medically approved site for deep IM injec is because there are fewer veins and nerves there.

but i didnt even hit a nerve, im sure i would of known that.lol
just dont understand why in the hell my knee of all things would be killing me.
figured it would be easier in the thigh injecting, aspirating and i really didnt want two o.o.c ass cheeks.
yea seems to work well runing it under water right after a shower, very painless till the morning after. haha

You dont have to acctually hit a nerve with a needle to feel nerve pain. And anyone will tell you that in general certain areas are just more painful than others as far as injection.I've never had a problem with glute injec;s being painful-well once when I must have hit a nerve with a 1 and a half in. 18 gaugue(those were the only pins I could get back then, that was pretty bad).Other than that no unusual pain, never hit a vein or a nerve again in well over 100 injects. There are all different size nerves in the body, just the fewest in that region of the glutes from what I understand. Also helps IMO to COMPLETELY relax the area.Honestly when I inject AAS,I do it first thing upon rising,Almost never any soreness.

glutezilla thats me
My buddy is doing a sustanon and deca cycle(stealth). It is his first cycle and of course he is experiencing pain and lumps on his ass, probably due to the prop ester in the sustanon.
I was wondering if anyone had any methods or ideas to help combat the pain and/or lumps.
He is mixing the oils, which usually got rid of the pain for me back when i used sus(i'm an enanthate user now), so any advice other than that would be great.
thanks
jv

Make sure the sust and deca is evenly mixed in the syringe before injecting. So suck it in and swirl/shake until the consistency looks uniform. If this doesn't help cut it down with some sterile oil and make sure it is well mixed.

Def works for me when I mix it with deca and a good ass massage afterwards. On my own...

Sounds like the Stealth has a high BA content. Use 1ml Sust, 1ml Deca, 1ml Sterile oil(to dilute the BA), let it "mix" in the syringe for about 5 minutes, inject and all should be fine.

Weird, my wife does my injections sust and deca 3cc and I've noticed the left glute usually never gets sore but the right one will let me know it's there for a couple of days. Someone else posted to roll a baseball around the inj site and It actually makes a difference.

Shyt bro! I took my first injection of sustanon karachi. That litl bych killed me in the morning. I have been walking with my left arm swollen. I have been making weird noises due to the pain. Now I feel like got flu.
I thought maybe its just me. Then I find out the same shyt for my friend who started on the same cycle. There has to be some way out of this pain and discomfort pain in the body. Can someone suggest a way to avoid this next time?

No matter what I do, Sust always cripples me for at least 5 days after shot. The only thing that has somewhat worked for me is taking benadryl, before and after the shot. Also masaging the area really good and applying a heating pad helps also.

Some people have a reaction to Sust,, due to the breakdown of the propionate ester into propinoic acid,, good sign it's good real stuff
