Ok I have been reading and looking around for years for this so called silver bullet?
I work out and train and get big, but RETAINING for my body type is very hard. I do retain but not much. All the hype with hgh, igf . . . etc at first make it sound like this will aide in retaining, but is it true?
So the bottomline question is are products such as hgh, igf the best for retaining and actually permenantly altering ones muscle tissue quantity and size???
sabas
Do they still make silver bullet beer?
Or was Coors the silver bullet?
Cant recall.

hahah no no i didnt mean that
Sorry couldnt resist.
The gains do seem more permanent with IGF and GH.
But I'll let better experts chime in here...pass the coors.

^ IGF and hgh cause hyperplasia, the actual increase in cells, not just the 'inflation' of cells, like with AAS.
Yeah, you will get bigger 'permanently' but that word doesnt mean a lot here..
i mean you can quit working out, or go on a year long crack binge,
Any muscle, can and will dissapear under the right conditions

To solidify AAS gains try using GH releasing peptides and IGF-1 or pegMGF during the last 5-6 weeks of your cycle so everything wraps up when your PCT is done.
So let's say u ran 10 weeks of Enanthate, waited a week, then did 3 weeks of PCT.
that's 14 weeks.
1-10 Test Enanthate / other AAS
12-14 PCT consisting of Nolvadex/Clomid (3 weeks)
9-13 IGF/MGF (5 weeks)
9-14 Hexarelin/GHRP-6/CJC-1295 or a combination of hex and GHRP-6
I would say use GH but it takes longer to become active, may shut down natural GH levels after use, and is expensive.
GH releasing peptides seem to kick in quicker, will not shut you down, and are much cheaper.
IGF-1 and MGF will help solidify gains but the earlier in a cycle you use them, the better off I think you'll be, because u want those new cells to rapidly mature during the AAS usage.
That with some dedication will prob. get you retaining gains pretty well. If you have the $$ just run the Hex/GHRP-6 all the way through the cycle or just CJC-1295 by itself which I hear is the best.
